In contrast to 15mm series PM stepper motors, 25mm series motors have been increased in motor size (with a housing diameter at 25mm) to produce higher holding torques for different applications.
25mm PM stepper motor operates on the reaction between a permanent-magnet rotor and an electromagnetic field and normally we use ferrite sintered magnet to form into a PM rotor.
From the picture, you see that our 25mm PM stepper motors are built with a planet gearbox, whose main material is POM. Currently we offer 2 options in speed ratio IE one is 1:76 and the other is 1:30.3. Planetary gearboxes are used in applications requiring low backlash, compact size, high efficiency and resistance to shock and etc.
Our 25mm PM stepper motors assembled with the aforesaid gearboxes have been well known in motion control industry due to a highly efficiency in power transmission and greater stability.
