15BY20L with FPC PM Stepper Motor

15BY20L with FPC PM stepper motors have been optimized in construction by building up with the external flexible printed circuit (FPC for short). Thanks to the FPC, our PM stepper motors can be shrunk in size to save the raw material cost while the same motor performance is still maintained.
Due to its light weight, The FPC is more easily to be welded with the windings to make the motor assembly more efficiently. The FPC is in a good condition of ventilation when it is assembled outside the motor and being accompanied with the advantage of non-tear, it helps a lot with the PM stepper motor to work consistently.
What’s more, the end of extended shaft is assembled with a brass synchronous pulley, with which the PM stepper motor operates with a less noise and vibration while the holding torque can be accordingly increased 10 times if the speed ratio is normally determined at 1:10.
