Features
By using the existing motor body in frame size 42mm, our PM stepper motors are especially R&D for some of portable medical equipment, such as dialysis machines and IV pumps which often require efficient torque and power from a motor small enough to fit in these devices.
Worth mentioning inhere, the housing is constructed in POM which makes the motor more lighter in weight as well as endures a temperature rise of 80°C when our spur gearbox PM stepper motor is fully operating.
The POM housing itself has also become one of the portions in the spur gearbox as the outer shell to make the complete motor more compact in size. Currently we are offering more options in speed ratio like 1:10, 1:20 and 1:50 while custom extended shaft is available upon request. The step angle is set up either at 7.5 degrees or at 15 degrees offering a position resolution on the order of ±7%.
We always take a compulsary inspection in dielectric strength at the end of assembly line to make sure that each of our products passes 600VAC/second at the leakage current of 1mA to safeguard the motor’s working safety.
