35BYZ-B Linear Stepper Motor
Features
Being measured at 35mm in diameter, our PM stepper motors exhibit the traditional advantage of low cost construction because of their extremely high-volume and simple design. In the picture, you see that our PM stepper motor has been updated in motion control by installing a non-captive shaft, which actually is of a compact package of the screwlead and the nut.
This layout of integrated leadscrew and nut has made the journey longer than the captive one. The leadscrew is made from the stainless steel of 1Cr18Ni9Ti and the nut is made from POM. As one of the most important motor components, this package of linear motion mechanism has eliminated the need for other conversions such as belts and pulleys, rack and pinions, or external ball screws.
With a configuration of both 24VDC and 2-phase windings, our 35mm linear non-captive PM stepper motors can be customized to perfectly match your voltage, current and maximum operating speed.
