25BYZ-B Linear Stepper Motor
Features
The stator section of our 25mm series PM stepper motors consists of coils, stator yoke, in/out terminal and stators molded together in one piece by plastic resin.
PM stepper motors are assembled simply by combining the stator with rotors of cylindrical permanent magnets. For some specific applications, our PM stepper motor has been updated and you see that the conversion of rotary to linear motion takes place with the motor body itself via the integrated leadscrew and nut, therefore eliminating the use of belts and pulleys, couplings and other mechanical transmission components.
The non captive leadscrew travels through the motor enabling the shortest possible footprint of any linear actuator available on the market today. Being set at the step angle of 15 degrees, our non-captive linear PM stepper motors are available with options both in winding phase and working voltage and currently the stroke is as long as 40mm.
