15BYHJ PM Stepper Motor
Features
- 15mm series of PM stepper motors use permanent magnet rotors and are commanded by electrical pulses.
- The motors are constructed with the housing at the diameter of 15mm.
- The step angle was initially to be 18° and the motor itself rotated by having the holding torque as much as 40g.cm maximally.
- Motor has been assembled with a planetary gearbox made from POM while the gear ratio is determined at 1:50.
- Due to the space constraint inside the motor, a PCB (printed circuit board for short) is put outside and welded with the out leads.
- Around the PCB, a black cover made from PBT is especially used to prevent any dusts to ensure the PM stepper motor can operate properly in a good working condition for a longer term.
